Villa Cimena Through the Lens
Historic reception rooms rich in artistic heritage, landscaped gardens, grand staircases, contemporary suites and panoramic views provide a wide variety of settings within a single venue. Villa Cimena allows productions to move effortlessly between indoor and outdoor scenes while maintaining visual continuity and operational efficiency.
The Villa’s timeless atmosphere provides the perfect backdrop for editorial shoots and advertising campaigns across fashion, design and bridal. Among the most notable productions are the bridal collections of Randy Fenoli and designer Donatella Gallo, beautifully showcased through the Villa’s historic interiors and exceptional natural light.
From the iconic Italian film The Sunday Woman to the acclaimed Netflix series The Law According to Lidia Poët, Villa Cimena has hosted numerous film and television productions over the years, becoming the setting for stories spanning different eras, styles and narratives.
Thanks to its diverse spaces and distinctive visual identity, the Villa is also an ideal location for commercial productions and advertising campaigns. One of the most recognised collaborations is the Juventus FC campaign created with Adidas, presenting the team within its own “family villa.”
Where Cinema, Fashion & Television Meet
For the television series The Count of Monte Cristo, Villa Cimena was chosen as the filming location for the Parisian residence of the De Morcerf family, perfectly recreating the atmosphere of 19th-century French aristocracy.
The Villa’s elegant interiors hosted the fashion shoot dedicated to designer Donatella Gallo’s creations, where refined decorative details and timeless atmospheres perfectly complemented the collection.
With its authentic character and distinctive spaces, Villa Cimena was selected as a filming location for the Italian television drama Paura d’Amare, broadcast for two seasons on Rai 1.
