Getting Married at Villa Cimena
Villa Cimena is available on an exclusive-use basis and offers a collection of versatile spaces designed to accompany every stage of your celebration. From the elegant reception rooms and Orangerie to the gardens and pool area, every setting can be tailored to the season and to the couple’s vision.
For their wedding night, the couple may choose the Panoramic Suite, overlooking the Garden of Delights. Guests can stay in the Villa’s remaining rooms and suites, with breakfast included the following morning.
Villa Cimena collaborates with a carefully selected network of trusted professionals, including catering specialists, floral designers, photographers and entertainment providers, to create a truly bespoke celebration.
A dedicated concierge team assists with every aspect of the guest experience, from private transfers to DJ entertainment and personalised arrangements, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable event.

The Villa features a fully equipped Video Room, ideal for conferences, meetings and presentations for up to 100 guests. The Orangerie can also be configured as a meeting venue, accommodating conferences and corporate events for up to 200 participants.

Yes. Site visits are available by appointment, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
For weekend events between May and October, as well as during December, we recommend booking approximately one year in advance. For weekday events or those taking place during the rest of the year, bookings can often be confirmed with as little as 30 days’ notice.
Yes. The Villa Cimena team provides technical and organisational support directly or through a trusted network of carefully selected partners.
Yes. The Villa offers a variety of layouts that can be tailored to suit both the number of guests and the type of event.
No. Villa Cimena is always hired on an exclusive-use basis.
At present, only symbolic ceremonies may be celebrated on the property. Religious ceremonies can be held at Chivasso Cathedral, approximately 10 minutes from the Villa, while civil ceremonies are available at the Town Hall of Castagneto Po, just 5 minutes away.
Yes. Décor and layouts can be fully customised while respecting the Villa’s historic character and original furnishings. For safety reasons, open flames and gas cylinders are not permitted inside the property.
Yes. We organise bespoke team-building experiences with bilingual staff, including orienteering, bushcraft, creative workshops and outdoor activities throughout the Villa’s park and woodland. Cooking challenges and pastry masterclasses led by professional chefs are also available, encouraging collaboration, creativity and team spirit.
Yes. Site inspections are highly recommended to ensure smooth planning and can be arranged by appointment from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm.
The Villa Cimena team provides operational support throughout the setup, event and dismantling phases, assisting both suppliers and guests. While a dedicated event coordination service is not included, at least two members of staff, a housekeeping attendant for the restrooms and a technical manager are present throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes. Guests are welcome to choose their preferred catering company, subject to prior approval by the Villa’s team. Alternatively, our exclusive in-house catering partner, The Golden Spoon, is available. The Villa features a fully equipped professional kitchen with dedicated plating and washing areas.
Yes. In the event of bad weather or during the winter season, every part of the event can be comfortably hosted indoors without the need for additional temporary structures. The Villa is also equipped with an emergency generator to ensure uninterrupted service in the event of a power outage.
Events conclude at 3:00 am. Upon request and subject to approval, celebrations may be extended through our Extra Time service at a cost of €250 per additional hour.
Yes. Villa Cimena features a 100 sqm Video Room equipped with monitors, an audio system and microphones. The 246 sqm Orangerie can also be transformed into a conference or meeting venue with the rental of the necessary technical equipment.
Yes. The Villa’s staff manages guest reception, parking coordination and restroom maintenance throughout the event. Upon request, transfers, shuttle services and additional personalised concierge services can also be arranged.
Yes. Guests may stay in the Villa’s 5 Historic Rooms on the second floor or in the 7 suites located on the top floor.
Yes. The Luxury Suite, featuring a dressing room, master bedroom, lounge and private bathroom, is included in the Villa rental fee and is available for the couple’s preparations. Overnight accommodation is not included.
Yes. Additional services include lifeguard service, valet parking, a basic architectural lighting package, selected furniture hire, shuttle service and a range of bespoke concierge services. Full details and pricing are available in our price list.
Yes. Subject to availability and the existing events calendar, guests may extend their stay over several days. Combining event spaces, relaxation areas and luxury accommodation, Villa Cimena provides the ideal setting for retreats, corporate weekends, private celebrations and residential events.
