PRIVACY INFORMATION (simplified)

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to provide the utmost transparency regarding the information that the website collects and how such is utilised. In compliance with the obligations prescribed by national legislation (Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, the Data Protection Code, as amended) and European legislation (European General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016, GDPR), this website respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, implementing every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe users’ rights.

This site does not publish advertisements, does not use data for the purpose of sending advertising, however it makes use of third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor) in order to improve the use of the site, third parties that may collect user data and then use them to send personalized advertisements on other sites. However this site makes every possible effort to protect the privacy of users and minimize the collection of personal data.

For information purposes, it is specified that the management of cookies is complicated, both by the site manager (who may not be able to manage third-party cookies correctly) and by the user (who may block cookies essential for the functioning of the site). So a better and simpler way to protect privacy is to use anti-tracking tools, which then block the tracking by sites (read -> Protect online privacy.  We recommend using PrivacyBadger and uBlock Origin)
